On October 28th, our office welcomed a “mysterious visitor” – a customer who contacted us for the first time through the Alibaba platform and directly expressed their desire to come to the office for an on-site visit. Faced with such a slightly unexpected yet sincere request, we ultimately decided to gladly accept it.
In face-to-face communication in the office, both parties had in-depth discussions on key topics such as project progress, production capacity, and the client’s main products. Subsequently, we led the client to visit the factory on site and provided a detailed introduction to the production equipment and process flow, including 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machines. The customer is highly satisfied with our professional capabilities and production conditions, and has expressed a clear willingness to further cooperate. They look forward to receiving the relevant quotation for the new project as soon as possible.
